بدأت شركة بريد الإمارات العمل في مشروع تجديد مكاتب البريد الذي يركز على توحيد شكل المكاتب بشعار "سعادتكم غايتنا".

وفي المرحلة الأولى ، وكجزء من المشروع، تم تجميل 16 مكتبا بريديا بالتصميم الجديد ، وسيتم تجديد بقية المكاتب على ثلاث مراحل وفقا للخطة، وسيغطي هذا المشروع جميع مكاتب البريد البالغ عددها 118 مكتبا الذي يدعم التوجه نحو إسعاد المتعاملين بحلول نهاية عام 2018.

ويسلط المظهر الجديد للمكاتب البريدية الضوء في خلفية ضخمة خلف موظفي خدمة المتعاملين لشعار " سعادتكم غايتنا " من خلال رمز الابتسامة التي تمثل إسعاد المتعاملين.

كما أن المظهر الجديد اشتمل على ملصقات على الأبواب المنزلقة الرئيسية وتغيير كافة الوسائل التوضيحية والدعائية (للكتيبات، وطلبات التقديم، الخ) على الأعمدة الداخلية والجدران بالإضافة الى لوحة "جديدنا" في جميع المكاتب التي تحتوى على معلومات الخدمات والنشرات التوعوية ولتوضيحية.

وقال المدير التنفيذي التجاري بالوكالة لمجموعة بريد الإمارات السيد عبيد محمد القطامي ان "الهدف الرئيسي من المظهر الجديد هو اسعاد المتعاملين في أجواء تعبر عن السعادة وتشجع على زيارة مكاتب البريد من خلال خلق اجواء .زاهية مفعمة بالفرحتعكس اللباقة في خدمة المتعاملين وأن بريد الإمارات ملتزمة بتسليم السعادة ثانيا، نحن نريد أن نتأكد من أن نستقبل المتعاملين اجواء تعبر عن هوية بريد الإمارات في كل مكاتب البريد ."

Emirates Post has started work on a project that is focused on giving its post-offices a more attractive and uniform look, in order to make them customer-friendly under the theme 'We Deliver Happiness'.

Already, as part of the project, 16 post offices have been given the new look, and the rest will be refurbished in three phases. According to the plan, the project will see the entire network of 118 post offices sporting the new look by the end of 2018.

The highlight of the new look is a huge backdrop behind the counters, celebrating the theme 'We Deliver happiness' through a smile symbol which represents customer happiness.

Other key features of the new look are the one-way vision stickers on sliding main doors; posters with acrylic holders (for brochures, forms, etc.) on inside pillars and walls; and 'What's New' stands with acrylic leaflet dispensers.

"The main aim of the new look is to entice customers to visit post offices by creating a bright and inviting ambience reflecting the courteous service that Emirates Post is committed to deliver," said Acting Chief Commercial Officer of Emirates Post Group, Mr. Obaid Mohammed Al Qatami. "Secondly, we want to make sure that our customers are greeted by an identical ambience and common standards of service in every post office."
