Emirates Post announces the formation of a new board

Emirates Post Group's new board of directors held its first meeting at Emirates Post Group's headquarters in Umm Ramool, Dubai. The meeting was chaired by His Excellency Mohamed Sultan Al Qadi, Chairman of the Group's Board of Directors and comes after the Cabinet's decision to reorganize the new board of Directors.

The meeting was attended by Mr. Rashed Bin Obood AlFalasi, Ms. Hassa Abel Razak Balouma, Mr. Tariq Ahmed Alwahedi, Mr.Abdulwahid Abdelrahim Alulama, Mr.Majid BinDalmouk, Mr.Ahmed Muhammad Al-Qassim, Dr. Tariq Abdul Qadir Bin Hendi and Mr. Ahmed Al Awadi.

In line with the company's overarching commitment to accelerating growth across the business, Emirates Post Group's chairman has welcomed the formation of the new board of directors focused on driving long-term change for the future of the business and thanked the Cabinet for their selection of the new board members. Aimed at maintaining the position of Emirates Post as a leading postal organization in the UAE, Middle East and beyond, the new board will the responsible for spearheading the transformation of the Group's operations, improving its position in the field of postal and financial services as well as its contribution to the development of the UAE.

The ambitions of the new board will be firmly focused on meeting global industry demands and securing continued business growth.

During the meeting, several topics were discussed including reviewing the projects and strategic vision of the organization and setting priorities for the coming period, which would accelerate the pace of growth and implement the organization's strategy across its portfolio. His Excellency Mohamed Sultan Al Qadi, Chairman of Emirates Post Group said: "Emirates Post Group is going through a transformation phase to shape its future business to meet the changing requirements of the postal and financial services sector, and to consolidate our position as a leading institution that proudly provides postal services to the UAE."
