بريد الإمارات يطلق تطبيق "epostcard"للتواصل بين العائلة والاصدقاء
أطلق بريد الإمارات تطبيق "epostcard" الرقمي، الذي يمكّن المستخدمين من تصميم وإنشاء بطاقات بريدية مخصصة للأصدقاء أو العائلة أو الزملاء، حيث يتوفر هذا التطبيق على متجري أبل لمستخدمي نظام التشغيل "أي أو إس"، وجوجل بلاي لمستخدمي نظام تشغيل "أندرويد".

وسيتيح تطبيق "epostcard" للأفرادتصميم بطاقات بريدية مخصصة وإرسالها إلى الأصدقاء والعائلة،وللشركات لإرسالها إلى الموظفين وأصحاب المصلحة، كما سيسمح للمستخدمين بتخصيص الصور وإنشاء النسخ التي يرغبون بها. علاوة على ذلك يمكنهم إضافة مقاطع الفيديو عن طريق تحميلها والوصول إليها عبر رمز الاستجابة السريعة على البطاقة البريدية الفعلية. وعند الانتهاء من إنشاء البطاقة البريدية، سيتولى بريد الإمارات طباعة البطاقة وترتيب عملية التوصيل إلى المستلمين بدون لمس مباشر.

يأتي إطلاق بريد الإمارات هذه الخدمة الجديدة والمبتكرة خلال شهر رمضان، لمنح الفرصة للأفراد والمؤسسات في استخدامها لتصميم وإنشاء تهاني مخصصة وشخصية لأصدقائهم وعائلاتهم وزملائهم بمناسبة عيد الفطر السعيد، وبأسعار تبدأ من 20 درهماً للبطاقة البريدية. تتوفر الخدمة حالياً للتوصيل داخل دولة الإمارات، وسيتم طرحها قريباً للتوصيل في الأسواق الدولية.

وبدوره، قال سعادة عبد الله محمد الأشرم الرئيس التنفيذي لشركة مجموعة بريد الإمارات: "تبرز هذه الأيام أهمية بقاء تواصل المجتمعات والأفراد مع بعضهم البعض. لذا يسعى بريد الامارات الي مساعدة متعامليه للوصول الى أحبائهم بطريقة جديدة ومبتكرة من خلال شبكتنا التي تغطي جميع مناطق دولة الإمارات، لذا قمنا بتوفير هذه الفرصة للمتعاملين من الأفراد والشركات لإنشاء بطاقاتهم البريدية إلكترونياً وإضافة تهانيهم من خلال الصور ومقاطع الفيديو، ومن ثم إرسال البطاقات الفعلية عبر بريد الإمارات. نسعى في بريد الإمارات دائماً لاكتشاف الفرص التي تجمع بين التكنولوجيا الرقمية والخدمات البريدية بما يواكب متطلبات المتعاملين ورغباتهم ".

Emirates Post has launched 'epostcard' - a digital postcard application that will allow users to create customised physical postcards for friends, families, colleagues, and stakeholders.

The 'epostcards' app, which can be downloaded from iOS App Store and Google Play Store, will allow individuals to design bespoke postcards to send to friends and family and for companies to send to employees and stakeholders. The app allows users to tailor images and create copy, in addition to adding videos that will be uploaded and accessible via a QR code on the physical postcard. Based on individual specifications, Emirates Post will print the physical postcards and arrange for a contactless delivery to the intended recipients.

"With a network that spans across the entire UAE, we aim to enable communities to reach out and stay connected; something that has never been more important today. This easy to use digital app will offer individuals and companies the opportunity to customize their postcards online, with personalised images and videos, and send physical cards of greetings and best wishes," stated **HE Abdulla Mohammed Al Ashram, Group CEO of Emirates Post Group Company.**

"It is also an organic step for us as an organization. Customisation is critical for a brand or organisation to stand out and as Emirates Post evolves, we are exploring opportunities to create products that combine digital technology with post and that tailor to the needs and wants of our customers," he added.

Emirates Post, which has rolled out the new service during Ramadan, hopes individuals and organisations will start by using this innovative, new service to create tailored Eid wishes for their friends, families, and stakeholders. Starting at AED 20 per postcard, the service is currently available for delivery within the UAE and will be subsequently rolled out for delivery across international markets.

أعلن بريد الإمارات عن تسجيل نموٍّ في أحجام توصيل عمليات الميل الأخير من بداية عام 2020 بنسبة 45٪ مقارنة بالربع الأخير من عام 2019. حيث قامبريد الإمارات بتوصيل ما يقارب من مليوني شحنة لمتعاملي القطاعات الحكومية والمصرفية وكذلك التجارة الإلكترونية محلياً من جميع أنحاء العالم، وذلك منذ 1 يناير 2020.
وتصدر قطاع التجارة الإلكترونية أكثر القطاعات المساهمة في إحداث هذه القفزة في عمليات توصيل الميل الأخير، بمعدل واحدة من كل ثلاث شحنات حتى الآن. وتماشياً مع النمو العالمي للتجارة الإلكترونية على مدى السنوات القليلة الماضية، عزز بريد الإمارات قدراته لعمليات توصيل الميل الأخير لدعم هذا القطاع بشكل أفضل، حيث نفّذ سلسلة من حلول الخدمات المبتكرة لدعم الشركات الرئيسية في هذا القطاع، مثل أمازون ولاند مارك وMumzworld.

وقال سعادة عبد الله محمد الأشرم الرئيس التنفيذي لشركة مجموعة بريد الإمارات: " لقد قمنا العام الماضي بتحديد عمليات توصيل الميل الأخير لاعتباره أحد أهم مجالات النمو الرئيسية لبريد الإمارات، وبالتالي حرصنا على تعزيز وتطوير أعمال شبكتنا لضمان سهولة الوصول إلى المتعاملين وتوفير الموارد اللازمة لتلبية متطلبات سوق الأعمال كالتجارة الإلكترونية وكذلك الهيئات الحكومية والتجارية. هذا هو مستقبل البريد ومن المهم جداً أن تكون عملياتنا وأنظمتنا قادرة على تلبية الطلب المحلي والدولي، مع تقديم أفضل الخدمات من ناحية الجودة والكفاءة والأسعار لتحقيق سعادة المتعاملين".

وفي إطار جهوده لدعم متطلبات الزيادة المتسارعة في الأحجام، بدأ بريد الإمارات على مدى الشهور الاثني عشر الماضية، بتنفيذ عمليات تكامل مبسطة والدفع النقدي عند الاستلام، بالإضافة إلى إنشاء شبكة محلية ونموذجيةذات قدرات مستدامة حيث أن مع وجود هذا النموذج تمكن من ضم متعاملين جدد ودعم توصيل المواد الأساسية وغير الأساسية في أقل من أسبوع وأسفرت هذه الجهود عن تمكّن بريد الإمارات من توصيل 99.8٪ من الشحنات في تاريخ التسليم المقرر عند الشراء، مع تجاوز سجل أداء التسليم في الوقت المحدد 96٪.

يعد نظام عمليات توصيل الميل الأخير في دولة الإمارات أيضاً جانباً أساسياً للنمو المتسارع لبريد الإمارات في مجال التجارة الإلكترونية والطرود، كما أسهم وجود خيارات مرنة وفعالة من حيث تكلفة الخدمة لعلميات الميل الأخير في توجه العديد من الدول التي لديها مواد مرسلة إلى دولة الإمارات. وبفضل شبكته التي أثبتت كفاءتها في الدولة تمكن بريد الإمارات من تقديم خدمة الميل الأخير لمتعاملي التجارة الإلكترونية المحلية عبر خيارات البريد الدولي السريع وخدمات البريميوم التي تربط الإمارات بأكثر من 200 دولة حول العالم.

كما حقق بريد الإمارات هذه الزيادة في أحجام عمليات توصيل الميل الأخير من خلال دعم القطاع المصرفي والقطاع الحكومي، وتوفير خدمات توصيل الوثائق الأساسية. واستطاع بريد الإمارات من خلال العمل مع كيانات مثل وزارة الخارجية والتعاون الدولي وبلدية رأس الخيمة، في تقديم عمليات رقمية تتيح للمتعاملين التسجيل وحجز ومعالجة واستلام الوثائق الحكومية الأساسية دون زيارة المكاتب الحكومية.

وفي ظل ارتفاع حجم التوصيل خلال جائحة كورونا المستجد "كوفيد 19"، اتخذ بريد الإمارات تدابير احترازية أكثر صرامة للصحة والسلامة، حيث انها زادت من وتيرة عمليات التعقيم في منشآته ومركباته، وتركيب أنفاق التعقيم في مراكز التوزيع والفروع الرئيسية، وفحص درجة حرارة جميع موظفي التوصيل يومياً وتجهيزهم بمعدات الحماية الشخصية اللازمة لتوصيل الشحنات من دون لمس، حيث أجرى بريد الإمارات أكثر من 800000 عملية توصيل للمتعاملين من دون لمس منذ منتصف مارس الماضي.

E-commerce is the most significant contributor to the jump in last mile deliveries, accounting for one in every three deliveries so far in 2020. In line with the steady global rise of e-commerce over the past few years, Emirates Post has ramped up its last mile delivery capabilities to better support this fast-growing sector. It has implemented a series of innovative service solutions to support key players in the sector, such as Amazon, Landmark and Mumzworld.

"We identified last-mile delivery as one of our key growth areas last year and have been bolstering our network to ensure that we have the reach and resources to cater to the demands of online retailers as well as government and business entities. This is the future of post and it is critical that our processes and systems have the agility to cater to local and international demand, whilst offering the best in pricing and efficiencies to our clients," stated HE Abdulla Mohammed Al Ashram, Acting Group CEO of Emirates Post Group Company.

Over the past 12 months, Emirates Post has rolled out simplified integration processes and cash-on-delivery, in addition to establishing a hyperlocal network and a sustainable capacity model to support the rapidly increasing volume demands. With this new model, it can onboard new clients and support delivery of essential and non-essential retail items in under a week. The combined effort has allowed Emirates Post to deploy 99.8% of the shipments on the delivery date promised on purchase, with its on-time delivery track record exceeding 96% in the UAE.

The UAE's last mile delivery system is also an essential aspect for Emirates Post's fast growing International inbound e-Commerce & Parcel material. Having cost-effective and flexible last mile service options is key for all countries who have material bound for the UAE. With its proven network in the UAE, Emirates Post has been able to provide last-mile service for locally-based e-customers via the international postal express and premium service options that connects UAE to over 200 countries worldwide.

Emirates Post has also built its last mile delivery volumes by supporting the banking and government sector, offering door delivery of essential documents. Working with entities including UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation and the RAK Municipality, Emirates Post has created digitized application processes for customers to register, book, process and receive essential government documents, without visiting government offices.

As delivery volumes have increased during the current COVID-19 pandemic, Emirates Post has put in place more stringent health and safety measures. It increased the disinfection frequency of its facilities and vehicles, installed sanitization tunnels at its main distribution centers and branches, ensures all its couriers have their temperature checked daily and are equipped with the personal protective equipment needed to conduct contactless shipments. Since mid-March, it has made over 800,000 contactless deliveries to customers.

يأتي ذلك تماشياً مع حملة #شكراً_خط_دفاعنا_الأول التي أطلقها صاحب السمو الشيخ محمد بن راشد آل مكتوم، نائب رئيس الدولة رئيس مجلس الوزراء حاكم دبي رعاه الله، تقديراً لجهود الفرق والكوادر الطبية ولكل من يعمل على مدار الساعة في ظل الظروف التي يعيشها العالم بسبب تفشي فيروس كورونا المستجد "كوفيد 19".

يبرز تصميم الطابع الكوادر الطبية من أطباء وممرضات وصيادلة وفنيي المختبرات والمسعفين، وفرق الدفاع المدني والشرطة وفرق التعقيم ووسائل الإعلام والمتطوعين وكذلك موظفي التوصيل، حيث سيتم التبرع بجزء من عائدات بيع البطاقات للجمعيات الخيرية التي تدعم موظفي الخطوط الأمامية في جهود الإغاثة لفيروس كورونا المستجد.

كما سيخصص بريد الامارات جزء من العائدات شهرياً لصالح هيئة الهلال الأحمر الإماراتي لمساعدة كل من يعمل في الخط الأمامي وكذلك الأسر ذات الدخل المحدود والوحدات السكنية لدعم تكاليف التعقيم. وسيتم تخصيص الجزء الآخر من العائدات لصندوق "كوفيد 19" المخصص لبريد الإمارات لدعم العاملين والموظفين في الخطوط الأمامية داخل الشركة.

وقال سعادة عبد الله محمد الأشرم، الرئيس التنفيذي بالوكالة لشركة مجموعة بريد الإمارات: "بفضل توجيهات قيادتنا الرشيدة وجهود أبطالنا الشجعان في الخطوط الأمامية، رسخت دولة الإمارات مكانتها عالمياً كدولة آمنة وحريصة على المواطنين والمقيمين في هذه الدولة، وكذلك من خلال دعم الدول الأخرى خلال هذه الأزمة. ونتشرف في بريد الامارات بإصدار هذه البطاقة التذكارية كرسالةشكر اتجاه هؤلاء الأبطال كما أنها تتيح للجمهور دعم هذه المبادرة وتقديم المساعدات لكل المتضررين. وبالنيابة عن كل العاملين في بريد الإمارات، نعرب عن خالص امتناننا وتقديرنا لجميع فرق الرعاية الصحية، والعاملين في القطاعات الحيوية، والمتطوعين، على تفانيهم ومثابرتهم".

وقال راشد مبارك المنصوري نائب الامين العام للشؤون المحلية في هيئة الهلال الأحمر الإماراتي: "نحن ممتنون للدعم الذي يقدمه بريد الإمارات لضمان صحة وسلامة الجميع في مجتمع دولة الإمارات، ومن خلال تبرعاتهم الشهرية لخط الدفاع الأول والمتضررين من فيروس كورونا المستجد "كوفيد 19"وللأسر ذات الدخل المحدود، حيث سيتم تقديم المساعدات وتوفير كافة خدمات التعقيم الأساسية لهم".

وأضاف المنصوري" تسلط هذه الحملات الإنسانية الضوء على أهمية التعاون وتضافر الجهود بين مختلف الجهات للحفاظ على أمن وسلامة المجتمع".

ستتوفر البطاقة التذكارية للبيع ابتداءً من 10 مايو في متجر بريد الإمارات الإلكتروني، مقابل 19 درهم وستتاح خدمة التوصيل المحلي مقابل رسوم إضافية بقيمة 10 دراهم باستثناء ضريبة القيمة المضافة. وتماشياً مع بروتوكولات الصحة والسلامة الحالية، سيتم تسليم المشتريات إلى عنوان المستلم بدون لمس.

 The souvenir stamp sheet will be available on Emirates Post's dedicated web shop emiratespostshop.ae at a retail price of AED 19 and will serve as a permanent reminder of the tremendous efforts of these brave men and women.

The launch of the souvenir sheet comes in line with the campaign, #ThankYouHeroes, launched by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, to pay homage and respect to those defending and containing the spread of the virus as well as those providing essential services.

The design of the stamp showcases the medical and healthcare teams (doctors, nurses, pharmacists, lab technicians), civil defense, police, sterilization teams, media, volunteers, as well as courier and delivery personnel. Proceeds from the sale of the stamp will be donated to charities supporting the welfare of front-line staff in COVID-19 relief efforts.

Part of the proceeds will be donated on a monthly basis to Emirates Red Crescent to aid front-line workers during COVID-19 pandemic as well as low-income families and housing units to support their disinfection and sanitation costs. The other part of the proceeds will go to Emirates Post's dedicated COVID-19 fund to support front-line workers within the organization.

Commenting on this special issuance, HE Abdulla Mohammed Al Ashram, Acting Group CEO of Emirates Post Group Company said: "Owing to the directions of our wise leadership and the efforts of our brave front-line workers, the UAE has emerged worldwide as a confident and safe nation united in its responsibility to support its citizens and residents, as well as other nations against this crisis. This souvenir stamp sheet is but a small step towards repaying the immense debt of gratitude we owe these heroes and a way in which the public can also support. The souvenir sheet will sell for AED19 and will be available for domestic delivery at an additional fee of AED10 excluding VAT. The destinations include Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, United Kingdom, The Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Sweden and Switzerland, in addition to existing services in Saudi Arabia and Sudan. Emirates Post had temporarily suspended its standard and express services, following the restrictions placed on the transport and aviation industry to curb the outbreak of COVID-19.

Emirates Post is one of the largest domestic player in the UAE and continues to operate international premium outbound services to over 200 destinations, including a full range of postal services to Saudi Arabia and other key countries. EMIRATES POST RESUMES INTERNATIONAL POSTAL SERVICES TO 12 DESTINATIONS

أعلن بريد الإمارات عن افتتاح مركز جديد للعمليات الدولية في مطار دبي الدولي، ليوفر خدمات التوصيل والشحن للعديد من الشركات التجارية العالمية في مجال التجارة الإلكترونية والتوصيل من وإلى أسواق دولة الإمارات والمملكة العربية السعودية والمنطقة.
ونظرا للقيود المفروضة على السفر إقليمياً ودولياً بما يتعلق بتفشي فيروس كورونا المستجد "كوفيد19" في العالم والقيود المفروضة على السفر إقليمياً ودولياً، تواجه شركات البريد والشحن السريع والخدمات اللوجستية تراجعاًيشمل عدم إمكانية الوصول إلى الأسواق الرئيسية وإلغاء العديد من الرحلات وتأخر التسليم والاستلام في الشحنات. لذا يحرص بريد الإمارات على استخدام المركز الجديد في مطار دبي الدولي لتسهيل شحن وفرز وتسليم الشحنات من جميع أنحاء العالم.

ويسمح المركز الجديد لبريد الإمارات توفير أسرع الطرق وأكثرها فعالية من حيث التكلفة للدخول إلى أسواق منطقة الشرق الأوسط والتي يمكن للشركاء والشركات الخارجية الاستفادة منها بشكل فعال. حيث يستخدم بريد الإمارات وسائل جديدة وسهلة الاستخدام لنقل البيانات بسهولة من أي نظام باستخدام "API" تقنية متقدمة لبرمجة التطبيقات حيث يتيح نقل البيانات من مختلف دول العالم إلى العمليات المحلية والجمارك وغيرها من الأنظمة، مما يتيح لها إتمام المعاملات بسرعة وكفاءة عالية.

بدوره، قال سعادة عبدالله محمد الاشرم الرئيس التنفيذي ل شركة مجموعة بريد الإمارات بالوكالة: "يمتلك بريد الإمارات واحدة من أكبر عمليات التوصيل المحلي السريع في الدولة، والتي شهدت زيادة مضطردة في مجال التوصيل وتقديم الخدمات كافة. وعلى الرغم من الاضطرابات الذي تسبب بها فيروس كوفيد 19 فإننا نتخذ باستمرار إجراءات تضمن تقديم الخدمات الأساسية للمتعاملين حيث أننا نواصل تشغيل الخدمات الخارجية الدولية الممتازة إلى أكثر من 210 وجهة، والتي تتضمن مجموعة متكاملة من الخدمات البريدية إلى المملكة العربية السعودية ودول رئيسية أخرى".

ويؤكد بريد الإمارات على التزامه الصارم بالتوجيهات الحكومية المتعلقة بالتعقيم والتباعد الاجتماعي، مع إجراء عمليات التوصيل بدون لمس والحرص على ارتداء الموظفين الأقنعة والقفازات والحفاظ على الحد الأدنى للمسافة المطلوبة.

وأضاف الاشرم: "يلتزم بريد الإمارات بربط الناس حول العالم، وانطلاقاً من مركزنا في مطار دبي الدولي فإننا نحرص على تعزيز مرونة النظام لضمان عدم حصول أي اضطراب في عمليات التوصيل بسبب الأحداث الجارية. كما وأسهم الطلب المتزايد على عمليات التوصيل المحلية من شركات التجارة الإلكترونية المحلية والدولية وشركات الشحن السريع، في تسريع مواكبتنا للمتطلبات ونمو أعمال الشركة".

In the wake of COVID-19 and the restrictions imposed on regional and international travel, the postal, parcel and logistics industries face a series of setbacks including lack of access to key markets, cancelled flights and delays in delivery. In response, Emirates Post is using the new hub at Dubai International Airport to facilitate the shipment, sorting and delivery of goods from around the world.

The system allows the postal operator to provide the fastest, most consistent and cost-effective entry points to the Middle East market that partners and third-party companies can also effectively tap into. Emirates Post uses new and easy-to-use API connectivity tools that seamlessly transfer data from anywhere in the world into local operations, customs and domestic systems, enabling them to process orders quickly and efficiently.

Emirates Post already possesses one of the leading express domestic delivery operations in the UAE, which it has further expanded to keep up with demand. "Despite the disruption caused by Covid-19, we are constantly taking measures to provide essential services. We are the largest domestic player in the UAE and continue to operate international premium outbound services to over 210 destinations, including a full range of postal services to Saudi Arabia and other key countries," stated HE Abdulla M. Alashram Group CEO of Emirates Post Group Company.

Throughout the process, Emirates Post will adhere stringently to govt. directives on sanitation and social distancing, with contactless deliveries and staff members wearing masks and gloves as well as maintaining the minimum mandated distance.

"Emirates Post is committed to connecting people around the world and with our DXB airport base, we are bolstering the system to ensure that delivery is not disrupted by current events. With demand for domestic deliveries from both local and international e-commerce and parcel companies, this has accelerated our efforts in meeting requirements whilst growing as a company."

يواصل بريد الإمارات ممارسة أعماله بشكل اعتيادي في ظل هذه الظروف بإعتباره أحد قطاعات الخدمات الحيوية مع تقليص عدد ساعات العمل بشكل مؤقت في جميع مراكز سعادة المتعاملين في إمارة دبي
ويأتي هذا القرار تماشياً مع أحدث توجيهات اللجنة العليا لإدارة الأزمات والكوارث في دبي، والرامية إلى احتواء تفشي فيروس كورونا المستجد "كوفيد19".

اعتباراً من اليوم الاثنين 6 أبريل 2020، ستعمل جميع مراكز سعادة المتعاملين في إمارة دبي من الساعة 9 صباحاً وحتى 2 ظهراً فقط (بدون فترات مسائية) وستغلق مكاتبنا خلال عطلة نهاية الأسبوع (الجمعة والسبت)، فيما ستستمر خدمات التوصيل كالمعتاد.

يدعو بريد الإمارات الجميع إلى توخي الحذر والالتزام بالتوجيهات الحكومية بشأن التباعد الاجتماعي والقيود المفروضة على الحركة، ويطلب من الزوار الكرام الالتزام بإرشادات الصحة والسلامة وارتداء الأقنعة والقفازات أثناء زيارة المراكز التابعة له.

كما يمكن للمتعاملين مواصلة استخدام الخدمات الإلكترونية بدلا من زيارة مراكز سعادة المتعاملين، والتي تتضمن: استئجار وتجديد الصناديق البريدية، فضلاً عن طلب خدمات استلام الشحنات المحلية السريعة والشحنات المحلية الدولية ضمن خدمة "بريميوم". كما سيتم إيقاف إرجاع الطرود التي تنتظر استلامها في مكتب البريد إلى المرسل إذا لم يتم تحصيلها حتى إشعار آخر، أما بشأن طلب التوصيل فيمكن للمتعاملين تسهيل أمورهم والحفاظ على سلامتهم من خلال طلب توصيل شحناتهم مقابل رسوم رمزية عبر التواصل مع مركز اتصال المتعاملين والتنسيق معهم لهذه الخدمة.

كما أعلن بريد الإمارات عن إغلاق بعض مراكز سعادة المتعاملين مؤقتاً بسبب إغلاق المبنى/ المنشأة، وهي: فرعي مركز تم دلما وجزيرة داس في أبو ظبي، وفروع تيكوم، ومركز دبي للسلع المتعددة، ومركز دبي المالي العالمي،ومكتب واحة دبي للسليكون، والراس، والخور، ونايف في دبي؛ وفرع منطقة رأس الخيمة الاقتصادية في رأس الخيمة وفرع دائرة التنمية الاقتصادية في الشارقة، ويدعو بريد الإمارات المتعاملين إلى التوجه إلى فروعه الأخرى.

يوفر بريد الإمارات للمتعاملين إمكانية الاضطلاع على أحدث المستجدات المتعلقة بسير العمل من خلال الصفحة الإلكترونية المخصصة لـ " استجابة بريد الإمارات لأزمة تفشي فيروس كورونا المُستجدّ (كوفيد 19)"، أو عبر قنوات التواصل الاجتماعي الرسمية.

This decision is in line with the latest directives of Dubai's Supreme Committee of Crisis and Disaster Management aimed at containing the spread of the COVID-19 virus. Starting Monday, 6 April 2020, all Dubai based Emirates Post Customer Happiness Centres will operate from 9 am to 2 pm only (with no afternoon shifts) and will close over the weekend (Fridays & Saturdays). Delivery and courier services continue as normal.

Emirates Post urges everyone to exercise caution and respect government directives on social distancing and restrictions on movement, and asks visitors to adhere to health and safety guidelines and wear masks and gloves whilst visiting the Centres.

As an alternative to visiting the Customer Happiness Centres, customers can continue to use services online, including renting and renewing PO Boxes as well as ordering pick-up services for domestic express shipments, domestic premium shipments and premium international shipments. Parcels awaiting collection at the post-office will not be returned-to-sender if not collected until further notice. Alternatively, customers can have their postal items delivered for a small fee by placing a call to our Customer Call Center to arrange for this service.

Emirates Post has also temporarily closed select Customer Happiness Centres due to building/establishment or area closures: Tamm Dalma Centre and Das Island branches in Abu Dhabi; TECOM, DMCC, DIFC, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Al Ras, Al Khor, and Naif branches in Dubai; RAKEZ branch in Ras Al Khaimah and SEDD branch in Sharjah; directing customers to other branches.
