الطوابع التذكارية "مشروع الإمارات لاستكشاف المريخ "مسبار الأمل" متوفرة للبيع
أعلن بريد الإمارات، بالتعاون مع مركز محمد بن راشد للفضاء ووكالة الإمارات للفضاء، عن إصدار طوابع تذكارية مميزة لتوثيق مشروع الإمارات لاستكشاف المريخ - مسبار الأمل، أول مشروع عربي لاستكشاف الكواكب الأخرى.

ويتميز إصدار الطوابع التذكارية بأربعة تصاميم مختلفة، يحمل تصميمان منهما صورتين لتصميم المسبار، بينما يخلد التصميمان الآخران اللحظة التاريخية لإطلاقه في الفضاء. ويصدر بريد الإمارات 100000 طابعاً و1000 مغلف لليوم الأول للإصدار، وتتاح للبيع اعتباراً من 20 أكتوبر في المراكز الرئيسية لسعادة المتعاملين التابعة لبريد الإمارات، والمتجر الإلكتروني لبريد الإمارات emiratespostshop.ae

الجدير بالذكر أن مسبار الأمل سيقدم أول صورة شاملة وكاملة عن الظروف المناخية على كوكب المريخ على مدار العام وكيفية تغير الجو خلال فترات اليوم وبين فصول السنة. ومن المتوقع أن يصل مسبار الأمل إلى مدار المريخ في فبراير 2021 بالتزامن مع اليوبيل الذهبي لدولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة.

Emirates Post, in collaboration with Mohammed Bin Rashid Space Centre and the UAE Space Agency, is issuing the distinctive commemorative stamp set, **Emirates Mars Mission – Hope Probe**, to celebrate the UAE’s historic first mission to Mars and its broader space ambitions.

The commemorative stamps feature four different images, two of which illustrates the design of the satellite and two of the historic moment of its launch into space. The initial run of the commemorative stamps comprises of 100,000 stamps along with 1,000 First Day Cover Sheets, available for sale at the Emirates Post Central Customer Happiness Centres and on Emirates Post’s dedicated web shop **[emiratespostshop.ae](http://www.emiratespostshop.ae)** starting October 20.

The Hope Probe is designed to orbit Mars and study the dynamics in the Martian atmosphere on a global scale, and on both diurnal and seasonal timescales. The Probe is anticipated to enter the Mars orbit in February 2021, coinciding with the UAE's Golden Jubilee celebrations to mark the historic union of the Emirates.

أعلن بريد الإمارات عن إصدار طابع تذكاري خاص للاحتفال مع مجموعة من دول العالم بمناسبة إعلان 2020 السنة الدولية للصحة النباتية من قبل الأمم المتحدة حيث أن هذه المبادرة تأتي ضمن حملة عالمية للتوعية بأهمية الصحة النباتية في القضاء على الجوع والفقر حول العالم وحماية البيئة ودفع العجلة الاقتصادية.                                                                                                                     

ووفقاً لمنظمة الأغذية والزراعة فإنّ الآفات والأمراض النباتية تتسبب بفقدان نحو 40% من المحاصيل الغذائية سنوياً وهي مشكلة قد تترك الملايين من الناس بلا غذاء كافٍ إضافة إلى إلحاق ضرر بالغ بالزراعة حيث أن الوقاية من الآفات والأمراض تعد الطريقةً الأكثر فعالية والأقل تكلفة لحماية النباتات. وتأتي مبادرة إصدار الطابع البريدي التذكاري في إطار حملة توعوية عالمية تهدف إلى تثقيف المجتمعات حول سبل منع تلف الأغذية والحفاظ على سلامة النباتات ونظافتها.

وشدّد سعادة عبد الله محمد الأشرم، الرئيس التنفيذي لشركة مجموعة بريد الإمارات على أهمية الزراعة في دولة الإمارات والجهود الكبيرة التي تبذلها الدولة لتحقيق استدامة القطاع الزراعي وتعزيز مساهمته في دعم الأمن الغذائي، وقال: "تولي دولة الإمارات أهمية كبيرة لتشجيع الزراعة والحفاظ على الموارد النباتية حيث أنّها ثقافة أصيلة رسّخها المغفور له بإذن الله الشيخ زايد بن سلطان آل نهيان- طيب الله ثراه وهي ركيزة أساسية لتحقيق الأمن الغذائي في الدولة. وقد وضعت الدولة العديد من الاستراتيجيات للاستثمار في حماية البيئة والنباتات، أهمها الاستراتيجية الوطنية للأمن الغذائي 2051 التي أطلقها صاحب السمو الشيخ محمد بن راشد آل مكتوم نائب رئيس الدولة رئيس مجلس الوزراء حاكم دبي رعاه الله لدفع مسيرة الأمن الغذائي وتطوير منظومة وطنية شاملة لتمكين إنتاج الغذاء المستدام في كافة الظروف والمراحل.  ويسرّنا في بريد الإمارات أن نصدر هذا الطابع التذكاري احتفاءً بالسنة الدولية للصحة النباتية ولدعم جهود الحفاظ على الأمن الغذائي ومساندة الحملات التوعوية العالمية البارزة والتي تحمل أهمية خاصة بالنسبة لدولة الامارات حيث أن هذا الطابع سيكون بمثابة تذكير لنا بالدور الذي يمكن أن يلعبه كل فرد في حماية نظامنا الغذائي والحفاظ عليه وضمان استدامته".

وستضم المجموعة الأولية 25,000 طابع تذكاري إلى جانب ألف مغلف لليوم الأول للإصدار ستكون متاحة للبيع في مراكز سعادة المتعاملين الرئيسية وعبر المتجر الإلكتروني الخاص ببريد الإمارات emiratespostshop.ae بدءاً من 20 أغسطس.

Emirates Post is issuing a distinctive commemorative stamp to mark and promote 2020 as the International Year of Plant Health (IYPH), as designated by the United Nations. Part of a global campaign, this issuance aims to raise awareness about the significance of protecting plant health and its knock-on effect in alleviating poverty and food shortage as well as promoting environmental and economic wellbeing.

According to the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO), up to 40% of food crops are lost due to plant pests and diseases annually, which leaves millions of people without enough food and seriously damages agriculture. Protecting plants from pests and diseases is more cost effective than dealing with full-blown plant health emergencies. The stamp is part of a worldwide campaign to educate and inform the public about preventing food damage and maintaining the safety, cleanliness, and health of plants.

**HE Abdulla Mohammed Al Ashram, Group CEO of Emirates Post Group Company** stressed the importance of agriculture in the UAE and the great efforts taken to achieve sustainability and enhance food security. Commenting on this special issuance, he said: “The UAE’s passion and vision for this sector was instilled by the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan - may God rest his soul – and strongly focuses on agriculture and preserving plant resources. It is part of our national tradition and has been a fundamental pillar for achieving food security in the country. The UAE has developed many strategies to invest in protecting the environment and plant health, including the National Food Security Strategy 2051 launched by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, to improve food security and develop a comprehensive national system to enable sustainable food production through the use of modern technologies”.

He added: “Emirates Post is pleased to issue this commemorative stamp as part of our ongoing support for global campaigns of significance to the UAE and the region. The stamp will serve as a reminder of the role each and every one of us can play in protecting, preserving and sustaining our food system.”

 Emirates Post marks International Year of Plant Health with commemorative stamp

اتفاقية تعاون بين مجموعة بريد الإمارات ودائرة التنمية الاقتصادية برأس الخيمة لتسهيل إجراءات تراخيص لشركات التوصيل السريع 
أعلنت مجموعة بريد الإمارات، اليوم، عن توقيع اتفاقية تعاون مع دائرة التنمية الاقتصادية في رأس الخيمة، بهدف تسريع الإجراءات لإصدار تراخيص لشركات التوصيل السريع عن طريق الربط الإلكتروني. وبموجب هذه الاتفاقية ستتقلص مدة تقديم الخدمة من 10 أيام عمل لتتم خلال 1-2 يوم.  

بدوره، أكد سعادة عبد الله محمد الأشرم، الرئيس التنفيذي لشركة مجموعة بريد الإمارات أهمية التطوير والتحسين المستمر في نظم وآليات تقديم الخدمات لمواكبة المتغيرات المتسارعة في عالم الأعمال، وذلك تماشياً مع توجهات دولة الإمارات بشأن تسهيل ممارسة الأعمال وتبسيط الإجراءات والخدمات وتقديمها للمتعاملين بشكل أكثر كفاءة وفعالية ومرونة.

وقال سعادته: "يجسد التعاون مع دائرة التنمية الاقتصادية برأس الخيمة، توجهات الدولة واستعدادها للمستقبل من خلال تسهيل ممارسة الأعمال والتحول نحو الاقتصاد الرقمي، وهو ما ينعكس في استراتيجية مجموعة بريد الإمارات بتعزيز التعاون الفعّال مع الجهات والدوائر الحكومية للوصول إلى حلول وأفكار لتبسيط الخدمات المقدمة ورفع كفاءتها بما يسهم في تعزيز مستويات الرضا والسعادة لدى المتعاملين".

من جانبه ثمن سعادة د. عبدالرحمن الشايب النقبي – مدير عام دائرة التنمية الاقتصادية برأس الخيمة هذه الشراكة المؤسسية مع شركة مجموعة بريد الإمارات والتي سوف تنعكس في تعزيز الخدمات المشتركة بين الجهتين لما فيه صالح الأعمال والتي من ضمنها تبسيط إجراءات التراخيص لهذه الشركات مما يرفع رضا هذه الشركات عن الخدمات المشتركة المقدمة فضلًا عن تحقيق التوجهات الاستراتيجية في سهولة الوصول لخدمات الطرفين.

تسهيل ممارسة الأعمال وتقديم أفضل الخدمات

Emirates Post Group has signed a partnership agreement with the Ras Al Khaimah Department of Economic Development (RAK DED), to put into place processes to expedite the issuance of licenses for courier and delivery companies. With the agreement, the service period for the license delivery process will be reduced to 1-2 working days, from the previous processing time of 10 working days.

The partnership reflects the ongoing move by UAE’s leadership to streamline government processes and increase efficiencies across all government departments. The move is expected to help increase the ease of doing business in the Emirates by providing companies and entrepreneurs requisite licenses in a timely manner. With this new collaboration, the customers looking to file for a courier delivery license in Ras Al Khaimah can submit all the paperwork with RAK DED online, omitting visits to Emirates Post Group. If all paperwork is in order, RAK DED will issue the necessary licenses. 

At the signing, **HE Abdulla Mohammed Al Ashram,** **Group CEO of Emirates Post Group Company**, stressed the importance of continuously enhancing systems to keep pace with the rapid changes in the business sector. He emphasized the role the new partnership will have in bringing processes on par with global standards, elevating the customer experience and supporting a constantly evolving business sector.

He said: “Our partnership with RAK DED is symbolic of the path the UAE is taking towards transitioning into a streamlined, digital economy. By joining forces with other government entities, we can collaboratively design solutions for key issues, roll out best practices across the board, and raise the standards of the service from start to finish.”

**Dr. Abdulrahman Al Shayeb Al Naqbi - Director General of Ras Al-Khaimah Department of Economic Development,** praised the institutional partnership with Emirates Post Group Company saying, “This partnership will enhance the mutual services between the two sides for the good of their businesses, including the simplification of licensing procedures. This will raise the satisfaction of these (courier) companies with the mutual services provided and achieve the strategic directions in facilitating access to the services of both parties.

The agreement was signed by **HE Abdulla Mohammed Al Ashram**, and **Dr. Abdulrahman Al Shayeb Al Naqbi**, in the presence of **Sultan Al Midfa**, Chief Regulatory & Licensing Officer and **Obaid Al Qatami**, Chief Corporate Affairs Officer from Emirates Post Group as well as **Mohamed Al-Mahmoud**, Deputy Director General and Director of Business Development Department at RAK DED.

أكد سعادة محمد سلطان القاضي، رئيس مجلس إدارة شركة مجموعة بريد الإمارات، أن دولة الإمارات تمكنت وفي فترة زمنية بسيطة من تحقيق قفزة نوعية على صعيد الابتكار والبحث العلمي مكّنها من تسريع وتيرة تقدم مسيرتها لبناء اقتصاد مستدام.

وشدد سعادته على أن بدء تشغيل محطة "براكة" بعد الإطلاق الناجح لمهمة مسبار الأمل يشكل قصة عزيمة ونجاح تتوج مسيرة دولة الإمارات المزدهرة، وتجسّد الرؤية الاستشرافية لصاحب السمو الشيخ خليفة بن زايد آل نهيان رئيس الدولة حفظه الله، وصاحب السمو الشيخ محمد بن راشد آل مكتوم نائب رئيس الدولة رئيس مجلس الوزراء حاكم دبي رعاه الله، وصاحب السمو الشيخ محمد بن زايد آل نهيان، ولي عهد أبو ظبي نائب القائد الأعلى للقوات المسلحة، لتحقيق طموحات المغفور له بإذن الله الشيخ زايد بن سلطان آل نهيان، طيب الله ثراه، مشيراً سعادته إلى أن هذه الإنجازات هي ثمرة استثمار الدولة في الإنسان والعلم والتكنولوجيا، وإعداد الكوادر الوطنية القادرة مواكبة المتغيرات في مجال الابتكار واستشراف المستقبل، والعلوم المتقدمة.

جاء ذلك خلال إعلان بريد الإمارات عن إصدار مجموعة طوابع تذكارية احتفاءً بإطلاق مسبار الأمل، أول مسبار عربي وإسلامي إلى كوكب المريخ، وبدء تشغيل محطة براكة للطاقة النووية، أول مفاعل سلمي للطاقة النووية في العالم العربي، حيث انه من المقرر إصدار الطوابع التذكارية المميزة في وقت لاحق بعد اعتماد التصميمات المقترحة.

وقال سعادة رئيس مجلس إدارة شركة مجموعة بريد الإمارات: "فخورون بإنجاز دولتنا، وتحديها للظروف الحالية، ورهانها على كوادرها الشابة التي ستشكل نواة لتحقيق الريادة في مجالات المستقبل، ومن هذا المنطلق يتشرف بريد الإمارات بإصدار مجموعة من الطوابع التذكارية تخليداً لهذه اللحظة الهامة في تاريخنا ولتسليط الضوء على الدور الريادي لدولة الإمارات".

وبدوره، أكد سعادة عبد الله محمد الأشرم، الرئيس التنفيذي لشركة مجموعة بريد الإمارات أنه لا وجود لكلمة "مستحيل" في القاموس الإماراتي، مشدداً سعادته على أن إيمان قيادتنا الرشيدة بقدرات أبنائها شكّل قوة دفعتهم لتحقيق هذه الإنجازات، وعززت ريادة الدولة في بناء مستقبل المعرفة، مشيراً سعادته إلى اعتزازه وفخره بما حققته دولة الإمارات بسواعد أبنائها والذي يشكل مصدر إلهام للأجيال المقبلة.

وقال الأشرم: "تخطو دولة الإمارات بثبات نحو تحقيق أهدافها لبناء مستقبل مستدام يستند إلى المعرفة، وتأتي هذه الإنجازات لتشكل خطوة جديدة في مسيرتها التنموية الشاملة، وتأكيداً على قدرة دولة الإمارات على تخطي التحديات واستباق المستقبل، حيث ينطوي كلا الإنجازين على أهمية استراتيجية لمستقبل دولتنا وللمنطقة والعالم بشكل أوسع".

يشار إلى أن "مسبار الأمل" هو أول مهمة عربية لاستكشاف المريخ وتم تصميمه بمركز محمد بن راشد للفضاء، ضمن إطار مشروع الإمارات لاستكشاف المريخ، وقد أطلق بنجاح في رحلة تستغرق نحو 7 أشهر نحو الكوكب الأحمر بحيث يدخل المسبار مداره المحدد حول المريخ في فبراير 2021، تزامناً مع احتفالات الدولة باليوبيل الذهبي لتأسيسها. كما أعلنت دولة الإمارات أيضاً إعلانها بداية التشغيل الآمن لأولى محطات "براكة" للطاقة النووية السلمية وبهذا الإنجاز أصبحت دولة الإمارات الأولى في العالم العربي والثالثة والثلاثين على مستوى العالم، التي تنجح في تطوير محطات للطاقة النووية لإنتاج الكهرباء على نحو آمن وموثوق وصديق للبيئة، حيث تساهم محطات براكة بشكل كبير في جهود الدولة الخاصة بتوفير الطاقة الكهربائية بالتزامن مع خفض الانبعاثات الكربونية الناجمة عن إنتاج الكهرباء.

Emirates Post has announced the intended issuance of commemorative stamps to mark two national milestones - the launch of UAE’s satellite to Mars and the opening of the Barakah power plant. The UAE became the first Arab nation to send a probe to Mars with the launch of the Hope Probe and is also the only Arab nation with the capacity to produce nuclear energy with the opening of the Barakah power plant in Abu Dhabi.

With the design process already underway, Emirates Post is aiming to issue the collector’s item later in the year.

With both events, **His Excellency, Mohammed Sultan Al Qadi, Chairman of Emirates Post Group Company,** said that the UAE has managed to achieve a quantum leap in the field of scientific research and innovation, enabling the UAE to grow and build a sustainable knowledge economy. He said: “The opening of the Barakah power plant following the launch of the Hope probe is a story of perseverance and determination. They embody UAE’s path to the future and underscores the forward-looking vision of the leaders of the nation and their commitment to bringing the ambitions of the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan’s, (God rest his soul) to life. These proud achievements are the result of investing in our people, building up our resources, and implementing knowledge and best practices from around the globe in the various fields of science.”

**HE Abdulla Mohammed Al Ashram, Group CEO of Emirates Post Group** emphasized that the historical achievements of the past few weeks mark a new chapter in the UAE’s onward march. He said: “There is no “impossible” in the Emirati vocabulary and this new generation of Emirati talent. As a nation, we are steadily moving towards building a sustainable future based on the knowledge-economy and these developments constitute a step in that direction. It is a reinforcement of our ability to identify future opportunities and build on them, becoming a strategic partner within the region as well as internationally.” 

The Hope Probe is UAE’s first interplanetary mission and will be dedicated to studying the dynamic weather conditions on the Red Planet. Designed at the Mohammed bin Rashid Space Centre it will collect information on the Martian atmosphere over the course of its mission.

وستتوفر خدمة "Smart Places" لجميع الشركات المسجلة قانونياً في دولة الإمارات ولديها رخصة تجارية سارية ومقر ورقم هاتف في الدولة كما ويعد الاشتراك في الخدمة سهل للغاية حيث سيتم تخصيص موظف دعم يتولى طلب التسجيل وتنفيذه لكل متعامل.

عمل بسيط للمساعدة في توصيل رسالة هامة يساهم في حصول موظف خدمة المتعاملين على لقب بطل تجربة المتعاملين من جينيسيس 
يتعامل موظفو خدمة المتعاملين مع مئات الاستفسارات خلال أوقات عملهم، ويتم حلّ معظم تلك التساؤلات في وقتها بينما يتطلب بعضها من الموظفين بذل جهد أكبر لإظهار الاهتمام والعناية بمتطلبات المتعاملين من خلال التواصل مع الإدارات المعنية وجمع كافة المعلومات للرد على الاستفسارات بكل وضوح. ومن الأمثلة على ذلك موظف مراقبة الاتصالات لدى بريد الإمارات، سيف جهانغير سيد، والذي منحته شركة جينيسيس لقب بطل تجربة المتعاملين. فقد كرّمت الشركة العالمية الرائدة في مجال خدمة المتعاملين عبر البنية السحابية وحلول مراكز الاتصال سيف بفضل مساعدته لمتعامل منزعج في استعادة رسالة مهمة جدًا تخص عمله.

فقبل انتهاء ساعات عمله بقليل خلال آخر أيام العمل ذلك الأسبوع، تلقى سيف مكالمة من متعامل أرسل بالخطأ رسالة بالغة الأهمية يجب تسليمها للطرف المعنيّ باليد في أسرع وقت ممكن. ونظرًا لإغلاق مكاتب بريد الإمارات يوم الجمعة، كان على سيف التواصل سريعًا مع عدد من الجهات المعنية لاستعادة الرسالة لضمان تسليمها في الوقت المحدد.

وأوضح سيف: "حرصنا على معرفة الرسالة التي نبحث عنها، ومن ثم التقينا بالمتعامل للتحقق من هويته والتأكد منها واستطعنا إيصال الرسالة إلى المرسل إليه في الوقت المناسب. أشعرتني هذه التجربة بالرضا والسعادة لأنني أستمتع بحل مشاكل المتعاملين وأحرص على إرضائهم، كما وإن كنت تحب الخير سيصلك الخير وستجد أن كل من حولك يدعمونك."

من الجدير بالذكر أن "أبطال تجربة المتعاملين" هي جائزة عالمية ابتكرتها جينيسيس لتكريم وتقدير العمل الذي يقوم به وكلاء خدمة المتعاملين، وقد تلقّت الشركة مئات الترشيحات من المتعاملين حول العالم. يجري اختيار الفائزين باللقب من قبل لجنة من خبراء القطاع والفائزين السابقين ومسؤولي جينيسيس، وتهدف الجائزة إلى الاحتفاء بالقصص الحقيقية لموظفي خدمة المتعاملين الذين يبذلون جهودًا إضافية تفوق واجبات وظيفتهم.

موظف من بريد الإمارات يحصل على جائزة عالمية لتقديم خدمة استثنائية للمتعاملين

Customer service employees deal with hundreds of inquiries during their shifts. Most interactions are solved on the spot, but some require employees to go the extra mile by showing special care for customers’ needs by contacting the concerned departments and gathering all necessary information to clearly and accurately answer inquiries. One such example comes from an [Emirates Post](http://www.emiratespost.ae/) call-monitoring agent, **Saif Jehangir Sayed**, who has been named as a Customer Experience (CX)Hero by [Genesys] (https://www.genesys.com/). The global leader in [cloud customer experience](https://www.genesys.com/solutions/customer-service) and [contact centre solutions](https://www.genesys.com/customer-experience/better-results/migrating-your-legacy-system) recognized Saif for helping a distraught customer locate and retrieve an errant, but urgent business letter.

Towards the end of his shift on the last business day of the week, Saif received a call from a customer who had mistakenly posted a letter that needed to be hand-delivered to the recipient as fast as possible. With Emirates Post offices closed on Friday, Saif needed to quickly liaise with multiple stakeholders to recover the letter so that it could be delivered on time.

Working together with his line manager and the Emirates Post courier manager, Saif came up with a solution to retrieve the letter while ensuring the security of the other posts. On his day off, Saif traveled to the mailbox with the courier manager to find the right letter.  

“We made sure we knew exactly which letter we were looking for, and then met with the customer to verify his identity,” explained Saif. “The important letter reached its recipient on the right date. I felt happy and satisfied after this experience, as I enjoy solving our customers’ issues so that they receive good experiences. It makes me feel good in my heart. If you have a good heart, people will support you.”

CX Heroes is a global award created by Genesys to recognize and appreciate the work customer service agents do. Each year, Genesys receives hundreds of nominations from customers across the globe.
