If a customer loses a key, the owner should apply for a new lock at the post office where the P.O. Box is located, pay a fee of AED 100 + 5% VAT, and submit the following:
Regretfully, P.O. Box numbers are allocated for each branch, and we are unable to transfer your P.O. Box from one post office to the other.
It is the customer’s responsibility to check his PO Box regularly and ensure renewal within 90 days from contract expiry date, (here-forth to be known as the “grace period”) to avoid service contract cancellation.
In accordance with the terms and conditions of the Postal regulations, any mail items that have not been collected after the expiry of the defined grace period, will be returned to sender or disposed as per regulations.
Delivery of any items received for a PO Box after the expiry of the service contract (either withdrawn or cancelled) will be subject to renewal of PO Box (subject to PO Box availability).
Customer will be liable to pay storage (mailbag) charges of AED 1000 at the time of collecting any mail against cancelled or expired PO Box.
To cancel the service, customer should settle all outstanding amounts and submit a cancellation form in the specified time at any post office; otherwise, full charges will be applied.
Subscription fees are not refundable.

Rate Inquiries & Process
Actual weight is simply the weight of the package, whereas volumetric weight takes into account the dimensions of the package. For example, if you order a tall vase, its volumetric weight will be its Length x Width x Height divided by 5000.
The weight limit of the package depends on the service chosen and the destination.

Note: Sealed and closed consignment items will not be accepted at our Happiness Centers. These items must be opened, checked, and inspected by our Customer Happiness officers to ensure compliance with our conditions for acceptance.

Emirates Post Account
Emirates Post Account is through which you can manage your physical P.O. Box digitally through Emirates Post website or mobile application
You can pay as you go or rent a PO Box to access the services free.
Conventional electronic communications are easy to manipulate. Being relatively simple for unregistered electronic communication to be challenged in court. Certification minimizes the risk to its lowest terms, thanks to a third-party proving content and timing of the communication. To prove content, a document including a set of technical measures is provided, preventing any possible debate on such data. We issue a certificate, including our digital signature with the message hash and a time stamp from a Certification Authority.
The service is optional according to the customer’s request if it is for personal use. However, it is mandatory to obtain permission for commercial quantities, and that can be done by obtaining an import/export permit through medical warehouses or medical factories licensed by the Ministry of Health and Prevention. In the event that the final destination mentioned in the import declaration is not the United Arab Emirates and the invoices are not changed, they are not subject to the Ministry of Health and Prevention, except in the event that the drugs are narcotics or psychotropic substances, then the Ministry of Health and Prevention must be notified of the same.
