An automated email is sent as soon as the courier assigns a tracking number to any shipment associated with the visa application. Once a tracking number is assigned to a shipment, the status of the documents can be followed using this website, our interactive voice (IVR) solution, or the courier's web site.

Sign into your account on the USA visa portal
Click on “Continue”
Select option “Consular Section instructed me to send more documents”
Select applicants for whom you are intending to send documents / passports. Write reason to send documents / passport and click “Send Request”
Click on “Continue”
Select “Send Documents”
Select Consular section where you are intending to submit documents/passports as mentioned in DS 160 form and click “Submit”
Scroll down the page and click on “View Courier-in Receipt”.
Please take a printout of the courier-in authorisation to submit along with passports / documents at Emirates Post selected locations list. Courier-in receipt will also be sent to your registered email address
Applicants are notified by email when visa documents are ready for collection at an Emirates Post branch location. Applicants must prove their identity using one of the following methods
