Service Process

Visit your preferred EP branch with your application number to collect your Emirates ID card.

Receive your Emirates ID through the branch when you select your P.O Box to receive your Emirates ID.

NO P.O Box subscription, the Emirates ID will arrive at the public box closest to the area.

If the branch does not have a service for Emirates ID delivery, the Emirates ID will be transferred to the branch designated for ID delivery
