Pay for Your Flight and Complete Your Booking at the Branch

Our team can assist you with checking flight availability, finalizing your reservation, and completing payment at the branch. Once payment is made, customers receive their ticket details and a receipt for confirmation. This service makes it easier for customers who prefer to pay in person instead of booking online. If you already have a reservation, you can also visit participating Emirates Post branches to complete your payment. Both cash and card payments are accepted.

Service Fees

Cash Collection

AED 10 handling fee per transaction (excluding VAT)

Book your Air Arabia ticket through the Air Arabia call center or online, then visit selected Emirates Post branches to complete your payment. All handling fees collected by Emirates Post are non refundable. Any applicable bank charges for card payments will be borne by the customer.

Full Booking

AED 100 handling fee per transaction (excluding VAT)

Book your Air Arabia ticket directly at selected Emirates Post branches with in person support. Our team will help you reserve your flight, complete payment in cash or by card, and provide printed tickets and an invoice. All handling fees collected by Emirates Post are non refundable. Any applicable bank charges for card payments will be borne by the customer.
