Yes. Customers may pay in cash or by card at participating Emirates Post branches.

Yes. Once your payment is completed, Emirates Post will provide a printed ticket along with an invoice for your records.

If you already have a booking, you can complete the payment at Emirates Post through the cash collection service. You will receive a receipt and printed ticket details when applicable.

A handling fee of AED 100 applies for ticket reservations. A handling fee of AED 10 applies for cash collection payments. These fees are excluding VAT and are not refundable.

No. Emirates Post cannot change or cancel any Air Arabia booking after the ticket is issued. All modifications, refunds or fare related requests must be handled directly with Air Arabia.
